It’s been about half a month since September. Recently, it has become a season where you can feel the essence of autumn. In autumn when the air is clear, the moon looks brighter. The moon seen on August 15, the lunar calendar, which means the middle of autumn, is called the "Mid-Autumn Moon", and is said to be the most beautiful month of the year. This year, September 17th is the fifteenth night of the moon.
We will introduce a limited-time food menu that is perfect for such a moon viewing.

[Unagi Tsukimi mabushi]
Luxury Tsukimi Donburi, which simply tastes the plump eel. The egg yolk in the center is like a full moon floating in the night sky. Eel with fatty, sweet and spicy sauce, and mellow mellowness of egg yolk are mixed, and a gentle taste spreads throughout your mouth.
Shake the pepper as you like, with refreshing aroma and crisp stimulation. The taste changes even if you add texture and saltiness in Hinatazuke (Takuan).
