A new sense of spring parfait has been created that combines "cherry blossoms" with "matcha" and "yogurt".
Topped luxuriously with bittersweet matcha jelly and rich matcha gato chocolate on jelly with jelly and salty cherry blossom ice cream with cherry blossom petals. It is a new sensation of Lassie that combines the gentle sweetness of cherry blossoms, the crisp astringency of matcha, and the moderate acidity of yogurt.
