Today, I would like to introduce our popular matcha cheesecake. It is made of domestic cream cheese that goes well with this cheesecake and matcha, has a soft sour taste and milky texture. The plump and grainy texture of Hokkaido Dainagon small beans and the gentle sweetness enhance the pleasant bitterness of matcha.
