Today, I would like to introduce our popular matcha cheesecake. It is made with Japanese cream cheese with a soft acidity and milky taste that goes well with this cheesecake and matcha. The plump and grainy texture of Hokkaido Dainagon red beans and the gentle sweetness enhance the pleasant bitterness of matcha.
