Hello!
This time, I would like to introduce the British army's dessert duck DPM vest!
As soon as possible, this official name is called ECBA (Enhanced Combat Body Armour), and DPM stands for Disruptive Pattern Material, a camouflage pattern used by British forces and former British colonial countries.
The Desert DPM camouflage ECBA was worn by the first generation model during the 1991 Gulf War, and the second generation model was worn during the Iraq War and the Afghanistan conflict after the 2000s. After that, in the 2000-2010s, when the new camouflage MTPMulti-Terrain Pattern model was adopted, it gradually shifted.
The front and pocket can be opened and closed with velcro fasteners, and both sides can be adjusted with Velcro fasteners. The pockets were used when inserting bulletproof plates, so they are large and large entrances.
The zipper on the inside of the vest was used to insert blade and breakproof soft armor. There is also an epolet on the chest to attach tabs such as class badges.
