Kojima Sohonten "Amasakake of Rice Koji" POP UP Fair

We will hold a POP UP fair for the new product "Amasakake of Rice Koji" of sake brewery Kojima Sohonten in Yamagata Prefecture, which has continued since the Azuchi-Momoyama period (1597).
"Amasakake of rice koji" is finished as a light meal with a texture by combining the nourishment of Amasaka, which is also called "drinking infusion" with smoothies that make use of the blessings of vegetables and fruits.
Non-alcoholic, sugar, fragrance, food coloring, preservatives are all additive-free.
During the exhibition, we will invite Mr. Igarashi, Kojima Sohonten, to hold a tasting sale of "Amasaka of Yonekoji".
