Beans from four producing countries (Brazil, Papua New Guinea, Tanzania, Indonesia) are carefully selected, roasted, and then blended.
We bring out the individuality of beans to the maximum.

○Brazilian beans ... well-balanced flavor
○Papua New Guinean Beans ... Caramel-like flavor and moderate fruity feeling
○Tanzanian beans ... gorgeous acidity, clean and balanced taste
○The main feature of Indonesian beans is ... earthy flavor and strong body

In order to maximize the individuality of each of the four beans, we roasted them separately and blended them (after-brond).



※Anniversary Blend [Medium]
It has a good balance of smooth texture, moderate body and mild acidity. Like brown sugar or cacao
You can enjoy a taste characterized by flavor and fruity sweetness.

※Anniversary Blend [Full Body],
It is characterized by strong richness and smoky flavor finished with deep roasting.
Please enjoy flavor reminiscent of dark chocolate or cacao nib.
