[Uji Sencha]
Original blend made from carefully selected tea leaves, mainly from Kyoto Prefecture.
The tea leaves that are roasted are used, and the tea leaves are slightly longer and larger. When brewing tea in a teapot, the tea leaves are softly opened. This tea gives you a gentle and soft flavor and a firm taste.
[Hojicha]
In order to enjoy the rich aroma, we use the first tea stem of Sencha, which has plenty of umami and sweetness, and the stem of Gyokuro. By roasting it a little deeper, it is rich and fragrant.
You can enjoy the taste and sweetness more strongly by using water-driven hojicha.
[brown tea]
Garigaon tea is blended and carefully roasted uruchi rice is mixed. Uruchi rice is not brown rice, but roasted white rice soaked in water and steamed. Popcorn-like thing called "flowers" is glutinous rice, which adds Aya and aroma.
Please enjoy the well-balanced taste of garigaon tea and brown rice and the fragrant flavor.

We use tea leaves grown over time without using pesticides, chemical fertilizers, and herbicides.
It is blended with tea leaves from the production area mainly in the Kyushu area, and has a refreshing taste and a fragrant tea.
