A cordial syrup that enjoys the season and juice feeling, made with natural materials and vinegar based on the concept of "enjoying the seasonal scent with vinegar."
Codial is a concentrated drink made by soaking herbs and fruits in syrup. You can enjoy a variety of ways, such as splitting with water or carbonated water in summer and hot water in winter, putting a small amount in black tea or as shaved ice syrup. We use grapes and apple juices from Iwate Prefecture, wine vinegar made from our own grapes, and natural ingredients such as seasonal herbs and vegetables every season.

■rugosa rose
In summer and autumn. Uses grape juice, granulated sugar, wine vinegar, and rugosa rose in our own field. The rose-like scent of the sea flower "rugosa rose" spreads faintly, and the gentle acidity is pleasant.

■Apple mint
Spring and summer cordial. Uses apple juice, granulated sugar, wine vinegar, and mint grown in-house field. A taste that allows you to enjoy the refreshing acidity and the refreshing feeling of mint.

■Sangria
Summer and winter cordial. Uses grape juice from the prefecture, apple juice from the prefecture, granulated sugar, wine vinegar, and domestic orange peel. Sanglia style accented with orange flavor.

Rikuzentakata is a small city rich in nature surrounded by Hi Ueyama, Kesengawa, and Sanriku and Hirota Bay. "I want to be a product that takes root in the ground and blends into everyday life without decorating it," we pursue a taste that can only be found in this area.
