It seems that it is the 40th anniversary this year, and the city seems to be bustling. It will be held from December 5th to December 28th. Since December in Sendai is cold, you should want hot food and drinks! Today, I would like to introduce you to you!
[Unagi stem wasabi dashi soup chazuke]
A plump eel with stalks from Azumino are added. It is a luxurious soup chazuke that enhances the umami and fat of eel with the crisp texture of stem wasabi and the refreshing spicy taste.
The soup stock is based on bonito, mackerel, and muroaji shavings, and boiled dried and kelp are added to enhance the umami.
You can enjoy Takana and salted kelp, both as a chopstick rest and as well as ochazuke. You can enjoy it even more flavorful when sprinkled with dried seaweed from Ariake.
The soup stock can be changed to Uji Sencha / Organic Sencha / Hojicha / Brown rice tea.
Stem wasabi can also be added separately.
Drink set, lunch set from 11:00 to 14:30 every day.
