The inside of the package is designed with Nishiki-e from the Kabuki performance "Kanjincho".

Kanjincho is a Kabuki performance based on the Noh performance "Ataka" based on events at Nyoi's passing (a ferry operated to cross the area of the Oyabe River estuary in Toyama Prefecture (Ecchu Province)), based on the performance of Yoshitsune and Benkei. It is one of the eighteen Kabuki plays, and it is also a pioneering work of pine feathers.



Located in Komatsu City, Ishikawa Prefecture, vermilion seal stamp is a Japanese confectionery shop rooted in local culture.

Komatsu City is a place related to "Ataka no Seki" known for the stories of Minamoto no Yoshitsune and Benkei. vermilion seal stamp conveys the history and emotions of the region to the present day through sweets related to the legendary characters. It was founded in 1948. Since its founding after the war, we have cherished "good materials, reliable techniques, and sincerity", and have been working carefully with craftsmen by hand.

The signboard famous confectionery "vermilion seal stamp" is derived from the "Kuyomon" flag of a red seal ship that traded overseas during the Edo period. Based on the wish of "delivering happiness and deliciousness to people" put in the auspicious 9th crest, we continue to make sweets loved by the community.
