Today, I would like to introduce [Macha Jelly] from the mini sweets of the lunch set.♡


[Maccha Jelly]
You can choose from the following four types of mini sweets that come with the lunch set.
・Warabi mochi
・Anmitsu (+ ¥150)
・Matcha jelly (+ ¥250)
・Mini parfait with matcha and black honey (+¥450)


[Maccha Jelly] It is a bitter jelly with a slightly sticky texture that uses the same ingredients as the base of the matcha parfait that nana's green tea boasts.
I poured matcha nectar there, and put anko and whipped cream on top.
The balance between sweetness and bitterness is exquisite, and there is also a response to eating, so it is a sweets with a sense of satisfaction even if you say "mini".
