The new collaboration between JUNYA WATANABE MAN and New Balance is based on the 471, a versatile and new silhouette that combines the running heritage of the 1970s and the everyday wearability.
With its roots in New Balance’s unique design DNA, the 471 is inspired by the Aiko Nic archive model of a brand that revolutionized road running performance.
By incorporating Di Tyr inspired by high-quality materials and vintages, classic looks modernly updated. This pair is made into a standard pair of new wardrobes that can be used in any style.
In this collaboration, an upper design that combines under Rei, a mesh with excellent breathability, and an overlay of a radical hair lease ade. The JUNYA WATNABE MAN logo on the heel counter and insole and the custom shoe box symbolizes a special collaboration.
