Autumn Equinox Day has passed, and it's completely autumn. During the day, the temperature rises and it is easy to spend, so the days when you feel chilly in the morning and night increased. Suddenly, there are many days when the weather collapses, but it should be so fun! Let's have fun!
Today, I would like to introduce "Kakimochi" which was restocked a while ago. There are 5 flavors currently on sale: shrimp, brown rice, beans, sesame, and curry!
Kakimochi is made from domestic glutinous rice. It is characterized by the fact that the mochi attached to the pestle is dried in the sun over time and fried in fresh rice oil that is newly replaced every day.
The shrimp, brown rice, beans, and sesame seeds are freshly fried, and organic soy sauce is sprinkled. I tried dozens of soy sauces and arrived at organic soy sauce that brings out the scent of rice the best. The soy sauce quickly sprinkled on freshly fried oyster mochi enhances appetite, not only the sound but also the aroma of rice.
Once you eat it, there is no doubt that it will be fun!
You can eat it in the store as well as take-out. How about with your favorite Japanese tea?
We are currently holding a stamp rally campaign. The stamp card (with 1 stamp) is given for use of 1,500 yen or more (tax included) including the season menu. The season menu is OK for food or sweets!
Two more times during the period, you will receive one cup of your favorite drink (excluding L size and frozen) for eating and drinking more than 1,500 yen (tax included).
Period of implementation: September 9 (Tuesday) to October 31 (Friday)
Exchange period: September 11th (Thu) to November 30th (Sun)
