Nana's anmitsu uses domestic Amakusa. The unique aroma similar to the smell of calki is evidence that the mineral "iodine" contained in Amakusa is dissolved. Since no additives or preservatives are used, you can enjoy the original taste and aroma of Amakusa. Also, agar full of dietary fiber is 6kcal per 100g, even though it is chewy and there is a sense of satisfaction after eating, so ultra-low calories!
