[Natural mochi tuna sticky rice mixed with sticky rice]
Natural mochi tuna, yam (from Aomori Prefecture), natto (with domestic soybeans), takuan (with Hyuga pickles from Miyazaki Prefecture), and stem wasabi (from Azumino, Nagano Prefecture), etc.
By mixing, the ingredients that go well with the mochi tuna will be combined, and the taste will stand out. If you like, you can enjoy a refreshing taste of vinegared rice by applying a slightly sour homemade sauce with a slight acidity. If you add the dried seaweed from Ariake, you can enjoy it richly until the end.
We have prepared ingredients in a separate dish from rice so that you can experience "mixing" yourself. Please mix ingredients and homemade sauce to enjoy the texture and taste.
